Rates
Cost
$160 per night double occupancy plus 11.45% accommodation taxes.
$15 per additional person. A one time $40 cleaning fee will also be added.
Minimum stay 2 nights. Upon occasion one night stays may be available at a higher fee. Please call for more information.
Occupancy
Sleeps 4 people. One King bed, one Queen bed. Sleeping accommodations for additional people can be made.
Deposit
50% of the total stay will be due in full to hold reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
For deposits being held with Checks,travelers checks or money order, deposit must be received within 8 days after booking to hold reservation. Balance can be collected in cash, check etc. upon arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations received one week or less prior to arrival date will forfeit deposit. Any other cancellations will receive 50% back of their total deposit.
Specials
Stay 6 nights and receive the 7th night free. For stays of a month or longer please contact us for current rates.
Additional Info
Please no children under 5 due to many railings.
No smoking,pets or shoes will be allowed indoors
There is no washer or dryer but plenty of additional linens and towels will be provided.

Payment can be made with Visa or Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, checks, travelers checks, money orders or cash.
Please contact us to arrange payment method and check for availability.
Credit card bookings will be taken over the phone.
Check-in time is after 3:30pm
Check-out is by 11am
Any rental damage done during the duration of your stay must be reported to the inn keepers. Tenants must assume responsibility and liability for any damage done to the rental.
